By using lymphpelviccare.com (the "Site") or by booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Lymph & Pelvic Care Kenya Limited, a company registered in Kenya, located at Park Medical Centre, Opposite Aga Khan Hospital, 3rd Parklands, 2nd Floor, Room 205, Nairobi.

The Site is informational. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner for your specific situation.

4. Health information disclaimer

The content on the Site is for general information only. Reading the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment via the Site. If you are experiencing severe or worsening symptoms, contact a clinician promptly or call emergency services.

5. Booking and cancellation

When you book through the Site we will confirm your appointment by email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion; specifics are agreed in your treatment plan and made clear before any charge applies.

6. Payment

Treatment fees are agreed with you before any treatment is provided. The Site does not currently process payments. Payments are made on-site or via methods agreed in your treatment plan.

7. Your obligations

When using the Site or our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or contacting us
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or integrity
• Not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content without our written permission, except as expressly permitted under Section 8

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
