Pregnancy & Postpartum
Specialised support through pregnancy, birth preparation, and recovery.
What is Pregnancy & Postpartum?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring significant physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that often require specialised support.
Our team works with you across both stages — from pelvic floor preparation for childbirth, through immediate postpartum recovery, to longer-term return to movement, intimacy, and exercise.
Common symptoms

How we treat it
In pregnancy, we focus on pelvic floor preparation for labour, posture and load management as your body changes, and pain relief for spine, pelvis, and hips.
After birth, we assess pelvic floor recovery, diastasis recti, and any perineal or scar tissue concerns, then build a graded return-to-movement plan that respects how you actually feel.
Lactation support, mental health signposting, and education are woven through both stages — no question is too small.
