Post-Cancer Rehabilitation
A specialised programme helping cancer survivors regain strength after treatment.
What is Post-Cancer Rehabilitation?
Our post-cancer rehabilitation programme helps cancer warriors regain strength after treatment. We work with survivors of breast, cervical, throat, prostate, and many other cancers.
The programme is multidisciplinary and personalised — addressing pain, mobility, lymphedema, fatigue, respiratory function, posture, and emotional well-being together rather than in isolation.
Common symptoms
Specific symptom indicators pending Discovery Brief sign-off. The questions in "When to see us" below describe the typical experiences patients bring to consultation.
When to see us
If any of these sound familiar, booking a consultation is worth your time.
- →Recovering from cancer treatment and noticing pain, weakness, or fatigue that limits daily life?
- →Developing limb swelling after lymph node removal or radiation?
- →Struggling with chemo-related neuropathy or breathing changes?
- →Wanting structured support to return safely to work, exercise, or daily independence?
How we treat it
Pain is managed through manual therapy, graded exercise, and modalities — addressing both post-surgical pain and chemo-related neuropathy.
Mobility, strength, and lymphedema are addressed in parallel. MLD, compression, and exercise control swelling while structured rehabilitation rebuilds the strength lost to inactivity, surgery, or radiation.
Fatigue management uses graded exercise carefully calibrated to cancer-related fatigue. Respiratory function, posture, emotional well-being, and prevention of secondary issues (osteoporosis, blood clots, cardiovascular concerns) round out the programme.
